A Weary Man’s Space Travel is a parafictional account of a one-week walking expedition along Ireland’s longest and oldest motorway, the M7. The story follows the thoughts of a weary traveller dislocated from conventional space-time, and is loosely based on the short story, A Weary Man’s Utopia by Jorge Luis Borges.
